“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” Viktor E. Frankl
I have been working in the mental health field for the past 20 years in different settings, from the NHS, community outreach to mental health charities, and as a therapist for the past 13 years. During my extensive experience in the NHS, I have had the privilege to be on the therapeutic journey with thousands of clients with so many different backgrounds, complexities and issues. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from humanistic, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic models. As every individual is unique and no one model fits all, I am able to be flexible and creative in the way I work, tailoring your therapy to suit your individual needs and preferences. I work with individuals and couples.
Apart from mental health, I am very passionate about our oceans and conservation of coral reef systems and marine life.
